Definitions

  Drunk- stumble around, throw 2 yards (anything else invalid), no aim.
  Disable- loses ability to use, ex. If you get hit on your throwing arm you can't throw with it.
  Complete disable- on ground, can throw 1-yard, can hold two balls.
  Death- on ground, no throwing, 1 ball not health.
  Blind- can't use eyes, all throws invalid.
  Poison- dead after time limit.
  Permanent- status lasts until you die or use health.
  Lives- you lose a life only if you get the death status.
 Voting- everybody playing has to agree to the penalty terms

Rules

       Health ball rules
  Rule- you can use all statuses only once until somebody else gets it or you die.
  Rule- you can only use health once until you die and somebody else uses it.
  Rule- health lasts 60 sec or less if you drop the ball.
  Rule- if you die wile-holding health you drop it.
  Penalty- if you do not give the ball up ex. (siting on it when somebody goes for it) you will   lose the ability to use the health ball for one game (if free for all voted to use it again)
  Rule- if you use health status all the other statuses can't be used until you die and somebody   else gets the ball.
  Rule- you can only hold the health ball alone no other balls.
       Game rules
  Rules for large explosion- if the ball hits near you 1 yard In front ½ yard sides, and behind   you are dead for 20 sec. If the ball hits under you and you jump into the air your legs will be   permanently disabled.
  Rules for disable- if the small disable hits you on an area then it is disabled, effect moves   down

  Rule- if you are completely disabled you can hold onto two balls if there in you hand or in   arms reach.
  Rule- if you are dead you keep only one ball if it is in your hand, or arms reach, no moving   towards balls.
  Penalty- if you don't give up one ball ex. (sit on one and hold one) you stay dead until you   give up all of your balls.
  Rule- can only hold two balls at a time.
  Rule- all throws after death becomes invalid.
  Rule- if you catch a ball it becomes invalid.
  Rule- if a ball collides with a ball in your hand you get both of their effects.
  Rule- if two statuses of a kind collide ex. (drunk/drunk explosion/explosion) then everything   in a 5 meter area from the impact is affected.
  Rule- if you ignore a penalty you will be kicked out of current game and can participate in   next game (if free for all voted back in)
