I have one question, how do I pose people like guys do in your pics? I've played around with G-mod a little in the past but never figured out how to pose the dudes.

Use blue grav gun and hold left click on the body part you want to place and place it. When its in place right click and it will stay that way. (Do this to every body part and there ya go.)
